Billing and shipping information is available only to Lucky Roots Hydroponics payment processing and shipping departments.

Shipping-Return Policy

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via UPS.

We try to ship all items within 2 business days, if an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.

If there is special handling charge or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will contact you to discuss the details prior to shipping your order.

RETURNS:

Must be made within 14 days and you must call for a Return Authorization, prior to returning any item.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (See our conditions page for more info)
