We try to ship all items within 2 business days. For orders placed before 12:00 pm (EDST), we aim to ship the same day.
In Store Pickup
If you select In Store Pickup, we will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.

You will be notified if we are temporarily out of stock on any items we offer.

We ship via UPS.
Payment Options
We use PayPal for our preferred payment method. We do accept checks and money orders, though your order will NOT ship until it is received and clears our bank.

Return Policy
Most items may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a refund. All merchandise we sell is brand new and unopened. Items must be returned in new, unopened resalable condition, or a restocking fee ranging from 1% to 25% will apply. Returned items must be complete with all original parts, accessories, and manufacturer packaging to be eligible for a credit. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the condition and completeness of returned merchandise. You MUST call for a return authorization before returning any item or fill out our Return Form.
